How to make filament for 3d printer? › Forums › Community Forum › W1209 Temperature Fluctuation
Hi, my W1209 temperature module causes the nozzle to fluctuate up and down in temperature, which is causing issues. It heats up too fast and overshoots the target temperature. I have the P0 set to heating, and P1 set to 0.1. Either the plastic does not move at all, or it heats up so much that the strip melts off and disconnects. Has anyone encountered this issue and fixed it? Maybe adding PWM or a relay, or some other way to slow the heating down?
Thanks in advance.
